Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, prices reflected on the website are not inclusive of delivery fees. However, we do deliver for free for orders $60 and above! Anything below $60 will incur a $15 delivery fee.
Valentine's Period [10th to 15th Feb]
There'd be a delivery fee of $15 regardless of product purchased.
All deliveries within these dates will happen within 9-5pm.
No specific timeslot available.
We would encourage self collection during this festive period!
We deliver island-wide, except to the following locations:
Tuas, Penjuru, Jurong Island, Army Bases, Airline Road
What are the Delivery Schedule?
Our delivery starts from 9am every day. Timeslots are as follows:
Morning Slot: 9 a.m. - 1p.m.
Afternoon Slot: 1 p.m. – 6p.m.
Same Day Delivery
Same day or last minute delivery may be available however would incur surcharge depending on location

Kindly ensure recipient or representative is present at delivery address during mentioned date and time.
We will not be responsible for late/failed delivery if:
Incorrect address is given
Intended recipient ore representative is not present
Delivery vehicle is subject to delays from building management/security
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to the above reasons, customers can request for a re-delivery but will be subjected to $15 re-delivery charge.

Re-delivery timing is subjected to Roselodge Florist’s scheduling.
We handpicked our flowers personally from the local suppliers to ensure its quality and freshness!
Roselodge strives to ensure your bouquets are always fresh, beautiful and consistent with what you ordered. However, as flowers are seasonal, and subject to availability, side/filler flowers will change when not available. Should the main blooms be no longer available, we will contact you and work out a suitable substitution/replacement.
But rest assure we would preserve the same style you opted for and your blooms would look as beautiful!
