How do I order?

Pick something you love from our catalogue, select a time and date that you require. Let us know if you’d prefer to do self-collection or have it delivered!

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, prices reflected on the website are not inclusive of delivery fees. However, we provide free delivery for orders $48 and above! Anything below $48 will incur a $12 delivery fee. We provide express delivery at $18. Please refer to our time slots below.
Valentine's Period [10th to 15th Feb]
There'd be a delivery fee of $18 regardless of product purchased.
All deliveries within these dates will happen within 9-5pm.
No specific timeslot available.
We would encourage self collection during this festive period!

We deliver island-wide, except to the following locations:
Tuas, Penjuru, Jurong Island, Army Bases, Airline Road
*Due to the Covid 19 situation, all hospital deliveries are suspended till further notice.*

What are the Delivery Schedule?

Our Standard Delivery time is from 9am to 6pm daily. 

For Express Delivery, our 3 available time slots are:
9am to 12pm
12pm to 3pm
3pm to 6pm

Same Day Delivery

Same day or last minute delivery may be available however would incur surcharge depending on location

Unsuccessful Delivery

Kindly ensure recipient or representative is present at delivery address during mentioned date and time.
We will not be responsible for late/failed delivery if:
  1. Incorrect address is given
  2. Intended recipient ore representative is not present
  3. Delivery vehicle is subject to delays from building management/security

Re-Delivery

  1. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to the above reasons, customers can request for a re-delivery but will be subjected to $18 re-delivery charge.
  2. Customers need to contact +65 9277 6218 to request for the re-delivery.
  3. Re-delivery timing is subjected to Roselodge Florist’s schedule.

Keep Blooming!

We handpick our flowers personally from the local suppliers to ensure its quality and freshness!

Roselodge strives to ensure your bouquets are always fresh, beautiful and consistent with what you ordered. However, as flowers are seasonal, and subject to availability, side/filler flowers will change when not available. Should the main blooms be no longer available, we will contact you and work out a suitable substitution/replacement.

But rest assure we would preserve the same style you opted for and your blooms would look just as beautiful!
