How do I place an order?
Pick something you love from our catalogue, select a timeslot and date that you require on the checkout page. Let us know if you’d prefer to do self-collection or have it delivered!
We have the following payment options available on our website: Visa/Mastercard, Paypal and PayNow.

Do you do corporate bulk orders?
Yes we do! Kindly drop an email to roselodgeflorist@gmail.com for any corporate related matters.
Why isn't the flowers I receive exactly like the ones on the website?
Each flower is unique and arrangements are hand crafted. We will not be able to reproduce an exact replica from what you see in our catalogue. Roselodge strives to ensure your bouquets are always fresh, beautiful and consistent with what you ordered.
Rest assure we would preserve the same style you opted for and your blooms would look just as beautiful!
Why are the materials used not exactly like the ones on the website?
We may in our own discretion use materials that are not exactly the same as in the photo as they may not be available at times. We will strive to create your bouquet or arrangement with what is most suitable.

Is there a delivery fee?
We provide free standard delivery for orders above $48!
*Free Standard Delivery timing: 9am to 6pm (No specific timeslot)
*Express Delivery (+$18) timings: 9am to 12noon, 12noon to 3pm, 3pm to 6pm.
Orders from $38 - $47.90 will incur a $12 delivery fee. Anything below $38 do opt for self collection.
We deliver island-wide, except to the following locations
Penjuru, Jurong Island, Army Bases, Airline Road
Is same day delivery available?
Same day or last minute delivery may be available however would incur surcharge depending on location.

Unsuccessful delivery
To ensure successful delivery, kindly ensure recipient or representative is present at delivery address during the requested date and time. Delivery will be placed at the door, riser or a safe place as per your instructions.
We will not be responsible for late/failed delivery if:
Incorrect address is given.
Intended recipient or representative is not present.
Delivery is subject to delays or obstructions from building management/security.
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to the above reasons, customers can request for a re-delivery but will be subjected to $18 re-delivery charge.
